Returns & Refunds

We offer refunds for:

• Wrong items received
• Damaged or defective products

All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. Please contact us at shop@freelancers-alumni.org if you believe you're eligible.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

There are certain situations where full refunds are not guaranteed:

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@freelancers-alumni.org.
